About Dwayne
Dwayne Anderson founded Anderson Law Firm Prof. Corp. in 2000, after beginning a legal career at a prominent Saskatchewan firm. Anderson was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1991 and earned an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990, following a B.Comm. (Honours) from the same university in 1985, and holds credentials from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (1993-1995). The practice concentrates on tax planning and corporate reorganizations, including business sales and purchases. Anderson has served as a director and officer of oil and gas companies and previously sat on Saskatchewan's Standing Committee on Public Accounts.
