His practice spans public law, including constitutional, administrative, and criminal law, as well as aviation law, construction law, and securities and financial institution litigation. He practised for 46 years with the same Vancouver law firm before establishing Sorochan Law, and has served as Commission Counsel in government commissions of inquiry.
