About Donald

Donald J.C. Elliott has practiced law in Sarnia for more than fifty years, having been called to the Ontario Bar in 1971. He holds the honorary designation of King's Counsel (K.C.), formerly Queen's Counsel (Q.C.), awarded to a select number of lawyers in recognition of their contributions to the profession. His practice covers civil and commercial litigation, criminal defence, family law matters such as separation, support and asset division, and personal injury claims. He has also handled contract disputes and labour and employment matters, and appears at all levels of court.
