About Donald

Donald G. Findlay was born in Saskatchewan and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1974. He began practicing with Henning Dahlem in 1994 and took over the firm after Henning's retirement in 2006, continuing under the name Dahlem Findlay. Findlay practices in most areas of law and works as a barrister, solicitor, mediator, collaborative lawyer, and notary public, handling matters ranging from litigation and courtroom advocacy to transactional work such as wills, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. He has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has represented clients before administrative boards including Arbitration Boards and the Saskatchewan Labour Board. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Environmental Law, Family Law, and Real Property and Wills sections, and has been active in the Regina community, including with the Regina Soccer Association and the Canadian Progress Club Regina Centre.
