About Dominique

Dominique Bertrand holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval and has been listed on the Tableau de l'Ordre des avocats since 2002. She has worked closely throughout her career with her father, firm founder Guy Bertrand. She serves as a partner and managing director of Cabinet Guy Bertrand, practising broadly across civil law, family law, civil and medical liability, immigration law, and criminal and penal law. Since her call to the Barreau du Québec, she has pleaded before all of Quebec's administrative and judicial bodies, including the Court of Appeal, and has prepared records and briefs for the Supreme Court of Canada. She serves both French and English speaking clients.
