About Denis
Denis Godbout joined LJT in 2013 after several years as a partner elsewhere, concentrating on civil and commercial litigation in construction and commercial real estate law. Over a 30-year career he has handled corporate law, shareholder disputes, condominium law, bankruptcy and insolvency and landlord-tenant matters, has taught real estate and bankruptcy law at HEC Montréal, and has pleaded in English and French up to the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been repeatedly nominated by Best Lawyers Canada for construction law.
