About David

David Sherr has practised family law since his call to the bar in 2012, assisting clients through disclosure exchanges, negotiation, and mediation, and reviewing or preparing contracts to codify agreements. Where matters aren't resolved by agreement, he litigates at the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, as well as in private arbitrations. His practice includes high-conflict separations, international child abduction, income imputation involving self-employment and closely held corporations, and complex financial disentanglement.
