About David

David Robitaille is avocat-conseil in municipal law. Robitaille holds an LL.L. in civil law (magna cum laude) from the University of Ottawa (1999), an LL.M. in public law from Université Laval (2002), and a Ph.D. in public law from the University of Ottawa (2008), and was called to the Quebec bar in 2005. Robitaille's recent publications and conference work, along with the practice itself, focus on issues facing provinces and municipalities in environmental law, land-use planning, and fundamental rights connected to federal jurisdiction — particularly interprovincial transportation, aeronautics, navigation, and labour relations.
