About David
David Kolinsky is an Edmonton native who founded Kolinsky Law in 2013 after practicing family law in Ontario from 2005 to 2012. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto's Juris Doctor program, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007 and the Alberta Bar in 2012, and is a member of both bars with experience representing clients at trial and on appeal. His practice covers divorce, child custody, child mobility, child and spousal support, matrimonial property division, marriage agreements, common law relationships, mediation, and collaborative law under the Divorce Act and Alberta's Family Law Act.
