About David
David Donnelly grew up in Bruce County and worked as a financial planner for the Knights of Columbus before returning to the University of Western Ontario for his law degree in 2001. He joined Robert W. Garcia's Hanover practice as a lawyer in 2004 and became a partner in Garcia & Donnelly in 2007. After Garcia's retirement, David took over as sole proprietor, and the firm was renamed David J. Donnelly Professional Corporation in July 2021. His practice covers real estate purchases and sales, mortgage transactions, wills and powers of attorney, corporate matters, civil litigation, personal injury claims, and estate planning. He has represented clients in Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Divisional Court of Appeal.
