About David
David Burgess was born in Vancouver and graduated from Simon Fraser University in political science in 1982. After serving as a legislative intern in Victoria, he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School in 1985. He trained with an established law firm in New Westminster before moving to Kelowna in 1990, where his practice has continued to focus on wills, estates, and estate administration for the past 28 years. He has a long record of community service, including as a youth coach and a regional food drive coordinator.
