About David

David Barrison earned his BA in Political Science from York University in 2002 and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall in 2005. He worked as a summer student with a Toronto criminal defence firm specializing in impaired driving cases, then articled with Pinkofskys, at the time Canada's largest criminal defence firm. He went on to build a criminal defence practice in Durham Region while also acting as a standing agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, prosecuting drug and tax offences and gaining significant experience with search warrants, wiretaps and Charter issues. David joined the firm in April 2012 and is a senior partner, focusing on criminal defence for clients in Oshawa.
