About Darryl

Darryl Dubrule is a partner at Parker Dubrule Szaszkiewicz LLP. He earned a Bachelor of Science in 1988 and a law degree in 1991, both from the University of Alberta, and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1992. He has practiced in the Edmonton area since then, focusing on real estate (purchases, sales, refinancings), corporate and commercial matters (incorporations, financings, share and asset deals), and wills and estates (probate, wills, powers of attorney, and personal directives). He is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, holding an executive position on its Real Property subsection.
