About Danielle

Danielle Holden is an Associate in Harrison Pensa LLP's Wills, Estates and Trusts group, representing clients in estate litigation matters including will challenges, passing of accounts, spousal and dependant's relief claims, administration disputes such as removal of executors, will interpretations and rectifications, power of attorney litigation, and capacity litigation. Holden completed an articling placement and summer student position in private practice before joining Harrison Pensa in August 2023.
