About Daniel

Daniel Humby practices criminal defence law across Southwestern Ontario, including Chatham-Kent, Windsor, Sarnia and London. He has appeared before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and has experience with youth offender matters, Gladue principles, and cases involving mental health issues. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto and studied law at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. Before founding Humby Law, he articled and worked as a Junior Associate at the Law Office of Patricia Brown. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers' Association.
