About Daniel

Daniel Henderson is a founder of Henderson & Lee Law Corporation, now retired. He graduated from the University of Victoria Law School in 1988, where he was president of the Debating Society and part of the Law School Moot team, and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May 1989. He spent his first five years as provincial Crown Counsel conducting trial and appeal work, then entered private practice in 1994 while continuing to prosecute complex criminal cases for the Crown. Over his career he expanded into criminal defence, family, corporate and commercial, estate, administrative, prison, strata, and immigration law, appearing before all levels of court in British Columbia, the Federal Court, and various tribunals, and seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. In 2011 he formed Henderson & Lee Law Corporation together with Cameron Lee.
