About Daniel

Daniel Baker is the managing partner of Perrin Ahmad LLP, representing clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice on charges under the Criminal Code, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and provincial statutes including the Highway Traffic Act. He grew up in Ottawa, earned a Bachelor's degree in journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in law from Carleton University, and attended law school at the University of Ottawa, where he focused on criminal law. He aims to help clients understand their position within the criminal justice system and to guide them through it with as little difficulty as possible.
