Dan Carroll leads Fulton & Company's CIBC client team and co-chairs its Business Disputes team from Kamloops. He resolves secured and unsecured realization matters for CIBC and other lenders, along with banking and business disputes generally, and favours mediation over litigation where appropriate. He returned to Kamloops in 1999 after practising with a large Vancouver firm, and is active with the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association's Insolvency Section.
