About Craig

Craig McMahon advises clients on corporate structure and governance, shareholder agreements, commercial loans, business purchase and sale transactions, tax and corporate restructurings, and estate and business succession planning, with additional experience in shareholder and tax disputes, debt recovery, security enforcement, bankruptcy and insolvency. Early in his career he was counsel to the Canada Revenue Agency, advising on audits, tax debts, Crown priorities and director's liability. He has chaired a Legal Education Society of Alberta seminar on bankruptcy and insolvency and updated LESA's foreclosure precedent forms. He works from North & Company's Chancery Court office in downtown Lethbridge.
