About Claude

Claude Roy has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1989 and holds an LL.B. from Université Laval (1988). Roy represents holders of liquor permits and video lottery terminal operating licences before the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, including administrative hearings and penal summonses under Quebec's liquor-offences law. Roy previously completed professional training at the RACJ and has more than three decades of private practice experience representing bar and restaurant operators and other licence holders. Roy also assists clients with business start-up matters, including incorporation and shareholder agreements, and with applications before municipal and other government bodies.
