Claude J. Duguay was admitted to the New Brunswick bar in June 2020. Duguay practices in several areas of law, including personal injury insurance claims, real estate law, and estate law. Alongside private practice, Duguay regularly serves as legal counsel appointed to represent minors under mandates from New Brunswick Legal Aid, handling matters where a child's own voice needs to be heard, with an approach described as respectful, sensitive, and rigorous. Since being called to the bar, Duguay has represented clients in a range of matters, including insurance claims, real estate transactions, estate settlements, and child protection cases.
