About Christopher

Christopher Dobson has over 30 years of trial experience practising in London, Ontario. Dobson's work focuses on clients with complex histories, including serious mental illness, addiction, developmental challenges, learning disorders, autism spectrum disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, acquired brain injury, and trauma. Dobson received the Champion of Mental Health Award, the Access to Justice Award, and the Janet McEwen Award, and was presented with the Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 for helping establish London's specialty courts, including the Adult Therapeutic Court, the Gladue Court for Indigenous Peoples, and the Drug Treatment Court. Dobson is no longer accepting new clients but continues to support the justice and mental health systems through specialized involvement in Ontario Review Board cases.
