About Christine

Christine Santerre offers legal research and writing services to fellow criminal defense lawyers in Quebec, acting as an added resource for their firms on a short- or medium-term basis. She conducts case-law and doctrinal research, drafts legal documents, and prepares replies to arguments raised by the Crown. She can travel to clients' offices in the Québec City region and handles out-of-town files by phone, email and courier. She also publishes a bulletin for criminal defense lawyers on notable recent decisions from the Supreme Court of Canada and the Quebec Court of Appeal.
