About Chris

Chris Klassen's practice centres on regulatory, administrative and public law, with particular emphasis on energy and utility regulation. He has acted as counsel in regulatory and administrative proceedings involving energy regulation, automobile insurance, telecommunications and alternative financial services, appearing before the Public Utilities Board, the Manitoba Clean Environment Commission and the CRTC. Chris is a sessional instructor at the University of Manitoba's Robson Hall Faculty of Law.
