About Chelsea
Chelsea Caldwell is a barrister and solicitor in Vancouver with 20 years of experience in civil litigation and estate planning. She studied at the University of Victoria, initially in the School of Music before turning to Medieval History, and earned a Master of Arts specializing in legal history. She graduated from UBC's Allard School of Law in 2002, articled with a downtown boutique firm, and was called to the bar on July 1, 2003. She has argued cases at the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. Her practice includes estate and incapacity planning, estate administration, and litigation for individuals, families, and businesses. She considers advising clients and carrying out their plans the core of a lawyer's job.
