About Chelsea

Chelsea C. Caldwell is a partner at Caldwell Cassidy LLP. Since 2002 she has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in estate and civil disputes before administrative tribunals, trial courts, and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. As a barrister she has extensive trial experience and also offers mediation services to help parties resolve disputes. Chelsea focuses on estate law, including planning for aging and end-of-life decision making, and works to anticipate where legal issues may arise in an estate plan. She graduated from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law in 2002.
