Charles Kazaz practices environmental law, based in both Montreal and Toronto. He advises on environmental aspects of corporate, commercial, and property transactions, project development, regulatory compliance, and liability issues in the commercial, industrial, mining, and waste-management sectors. He has advised major mining companies on acquisitions, divestitures, reclamation and closure issues, and has negotiated agreements with First Nations.
