About Charles

Charles E. Allen is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia who was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1994 and founded Allen & Company in 1997. Charles earned a BA from Concordia University in 1989 and an LLB from McGill University in 1993. Charles's practice focuses on commercial and contract law, corporate law, and real estate law, including conveyances, business agreements, and corporate reorganizations. Charles has served on the board of the Sid Williams Theatre Society and the Comox Valley Community Justice Centre, including as treasurer and past president respectively.
