About Cathy

A founder and co-managing partner of Fawcett Cutler, Cathy Fawcett brings two decades of practice across civil and commercial litigation and administrative law. Her litigation practice includes substantial health law work, representing physicians, nurses and other health professionals through complex litigation, mediation, and discipline-committee hearings. A life-long resident of the Saint John area, she earned a BBA at the University of New Brunswick (Saint John) before attending the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law in Fredericton on a Beaverbrook Scholarship in Law. She is active in the community and serves the New Brunswick Law Society in several capacities, including teaching law students and lecturing at CLEs.
