About Carolynn

Carolynn V. Conron has led Conron Law Professional Corporation since founding it in 2013 and practises as a Barrister and Solicitor focused on criminal defence. Carolynn Conron earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts at McMaster University in 2006, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a double major in philosophy and communication studies and a minor in psychology, then earned a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia Law School in 2009. Carolynn Conron was called to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2010 and to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2011, and later returned to Western University in London to complete a Master of Laws, defending a thesis on Canada's medical marijuana access regulations in 2012 while working as review counsel at Community Legal Services. Carolynn Conron has been published in the Albany Law Review and is active in the London legal community, having served as London Director for the Ontario Criminal Lawyers' Association, Vice President of the London Criminal Lawyers' Association, and Chair of the Entertainment Committee for the Middlesex Law Association board. Carolynn Conron received the 2025 Middlesex Law Association Philanthropy Award.
