Carole Piovesan is Managing Partner at INQ Law, focusing on privacy, cyber incident response, data governance, and artificial intelligence risk management. Before founding INQ Law, she co-led the national Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Management group at a leading law firm, and as a litigator she has represented clients before all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada.
