About Careen

Careen Hannouche is a plaintiff-side class-action lawyer. Careen Hannouche has appeared before the Quebec Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has resolved numerous matters through negotiation, mediation and settlement. Before joining Klein Avocats Plaideurs, Careen Hannouche worked at a major class-action firm and as in-house counsel for a publicly traded company. Careen Hannouche completed a civil law degree at the Université de Montréal and a common law degree (Juris Doctor) at the University of Ottawa. Careen Hannouche has spoken at the Barreau du Québec's national symposium on class actions (2015) and at a Canadian Bar Association Quebec section seminar on class actions (2008), and has published on the protection of class members' interests. Careen Hannouche is a member of the Law Society of Ontario (2007) and the Barreau du Québec (2005).
