About Caleb

Caleb Henry is a partner at Johnston Ming Manning LLP with a broad practice spanning corporate matters, bankruptcy and insolvency, drone law, tax law, religious institutions law, intellectual property, regulatory matters, wills and estates, real estate, and oil and gas law. Born in Red Deer and raised on a family farm near Alix, Alberta, Caleb worked for nearly four years as a Registry Officer and Judicial Assistant with the Federal Courts, gaining experience in judicial reviews, immigration matters, and tax court disputes, before pursuing law. Caleb began legal studies at the University of North Dakota, where the region's oil and gas industry and UAS program allowed an early focus on energy and drone law, and continued at the University of Manitoba, developing an interest in negotiation and competing in the Canadian National Negotiation Competition, placing in the top five nationally.
