About Caitlin

Caitlin is a civil litigator with a broad range of insurance experience, including personal injury with complex brain and spinal injuries, property losses, construction disputes, errors and omissions, historical sexual abuse, class action defence, and subrogation. She's also handled employment, estate, and commercial litigation, and previously worked as in-house counsel for a large insurer and a major municipality. She earned her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2016.
