About Burak
Burak Dukkancilar is the lead attorney and founder of Dukkancilar Law, based in Vancouver and serving the greater Vancouver area including Burnaby, Richmond, and Surrey. He practises immigration law, family law, and civil litigation, handling matters such as refugee applications, PNP and LMIA applications, divorce and separation agreements, and contract and employment disputes. Before entering private practice he worked as in-house counsel for a large corporation, handling contracts, construction law, strata law, business law, family law, and immigration law. Burak is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Turkish Bar Association, and is fluent in English and Turkish.
