About Bukola

Bukola Abioye is the principal lawyer at Daphil Law Office, a role she has held since 2018. She earned her LL.B. and B.L. outside Canada before qualifying to practise in Alberta and Ontario, and holds an LL.M. in Administrative Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She completed her articling through the Law Practice Program under the Law Society of Ontario, and holds certificates in provincial offences and summary conviction procedures along with a diploma in police and investigative studies. Her practice focuses on litigation and legal advisory work in criminal, administrative, and regulatory matters, and she has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench, and various tribunals and boards.
