About Bruno

Bruno Bellemare joined Bellemare Avocats in 2014 and focuses a practice on SAAQ auto-insurance claims and disability insurance disputes. Bellemare completed international studies in industrial relations at ITESO, Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara in 2012, earned a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from Université Laval in 2013, and completed an LL.B. at Université Laval in 2016. Bellemare was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2017 and has since appeared before the Tribunal administratif du Québec and the Tribunal administratif du Travail, as well as in civil claims involving CNESST, SAAQ and disability insurance matters. Bellemare has published on case law concerning the definition of an automobile accident and on procedural developments in workplace health and safety judicial review.
