About Shinder

Shinder Singh Kelley is the founding partner of Kelley Law Office. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, having practised law in India for ten years before that and remaining a member in good standing of the Khanna Bar Association there. He is an Authorized Representative of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. His multi-jurisdictional background lets him handle Indo-Canadian legal matters, particularly in property, litigation and immigration. His practice focuses on real estate law, mortgages, and corporate and commercial law.
