About Brent

Brent Little earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Saskatchewan in 2006, clerked for the Court of Queen's Bench in Regina, and was called to the Bar in 2007. He began his career as a Crown Prosecutor with the North Battleford and later the Saskatoon Prosecution District before moving into private practice in 2010. In 2014 he co-founded Little & Company LLP with his wife, Erin Little. He specializes in criminal law, handling cases including DUI/impaired driving, domestic violence, assault, theft, fraud, murder, manslaughter, sexual assault, and drug and weapons offences, and has appeared before all levels of court including the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Since 2024 he has also served as a sessional lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan and is active in several provincial legal associations.
