About Brendon

Brendon Basiga is the founder of Basiga Law Firm, a cross-border criminal defence, family law, and immigration practice with offices in London and Sarnia, Ontario, and Okemos, Michigan. Basiga was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario) in 2013 after completing the National Committee on Accreditation exams, and also holds admissions to the Michigan and Illinois state bars. Basiga holds a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2005) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta School of Business (2001). Basiga's practice has included felony litigation, juvenile and delinquency cases, and court-appointed defence work at the state, federal, and provincial levels, including admission to the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan.
