About Brandon

Brandon Montgomery is a lawyer at Thomson Law who focuses solely on family law, advising clients on property division, parenting arrangements, support obligations and separation agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements for new relationships. His legal career began at one of the largest regional law firms in British Columbia, where he focused on litigation before shifting his practice entirely to family law. Brandon was born and raised in the Okanagan and is a second-generation lawyer serving the community. He works to reach resolutions outside of court where possible, while advocating for clients in court when necessary.
