About Bill

Henderson has practised as a sole practitioner in Toronto since 1996, after formerly working at the firm Lang Michener. Much of his work is done on behalf of Aboriginal groups, mostly First Nations in Ontario, and he has acted as counsel in Supreme Court of Canada cases including R. v. Agawa and Bear Island Foundation v. A.G., and helped formulate interventions in Guerin v. The Queen and R. v. Sparrow.
