About Betti

Betti was born and raised in Penticton and returned permanently in 2020 after earning two Bachelor of Arts degrees, in intercultural studies and English, and attending law school at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops. She articled in Alberta and was called to the bar in both Alberta and British Columbia. Her practice focuses on family law litigation, including cases involving family violence, and she is known for a fearless, clear approach to explaining family law to clients. She sits on the board of the South Okanagan Women in Need Society (SOWINS) and shares family law information through social media, though she is not currently accepting new clients directly.
