About Balraj
Balraj Bains is a member of Virsa Law Group's litigation team, focusing on personal injury, insurance, and civil litigation, and exclusively represents people who have suffered injuries or are seeking insurance coverage. Before co-founding Virsa Law Group, he worked at a litigation firm with offices in Surrey and Abbotsford. Before his legal career, Balraj was a varsity basketball player at the University of British Columbia who competed nationally and internationally, and briefly played professional basketball before returning to school. He has assisted clients in matters before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the BC Supreme and Provincial Courts, the Federal Court of Canada, and various tribunals, as well as before all levels of court in Alberta. He has been called to the bar in both British Columbia and Alberta.
