About Arun

Arun Kumar is a Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public licensed with the Law Society of Ontario, and is also a licensed lawyer in India. His practice covers real estate, immigration and refugee protection law, family law, wills and estates, civil and criminal litigation, and notary services. He has drafted wills, powers of attorney, agreements and contracts, and has presented cases before Ontario courts on behalf of clients in family, civil, and criminal matters. Arun previously worked as a trained mediator in India, resolving family court matters.
