About Arash

Arash Ehteshami founded Bright Law and has spent nearly a decade practising residential tenancy law in British Columbia, representing both landlords and tenants. Ehteshami's involvement in housing law predates law school, including volunteer work with housing organizations, and Ehteshami has been both a landlord and a tenant personally. The firm's cases, including Momeni v. Percy and Shigani v. Taylor, have influenced Residential Tenancy Branch policy, and Ehteshami has advanced matters to the BC Court of Appeal and consults with other firms on tenancy issues that intersect with family and criminal law.
