About Pierre-Olivier

Pierre-Olivier Ménard Dumas is the firm's managing partner and heads its transportation law group, representing logistics and passenger and freight transportation operators in commercial and administrative litigation before Quebec's Transportation Commission, and drafting and negotiating complex transportation and warehousing agreements. He advises on regulatory compliance and civil and commercial liability, and is a past president (2017-2018) of the Canadian Transportation Lawyers Association.
