About Annette
Annette Nyland is a partner at Scharff Nyland Chambers who practises family law. She earned her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006 and is trained in collaborative family law, working alongside other professionals to help clients resolve disputes outside of court. She frequently mediates cases and favours alternative dispute resolution where it suits her clients' needs, though she is comfortable in the courtroom when a case calls for it. Annette is a survivor of domestic violence and is especially dedicated to working with women who have experienced abuse in their relationships.
