About Ann

Ann Logan has practised family law for more than ten years, appearing in family court in Cobourg, Oshawa, and Peterborough on matters including custody and access, child support, spousal support, and division of property. She offers alternative dispute resolution services such as four-way meetings to help clients reach negotiated separation agreements, and is qualified in collaborative law as a member of the Kawartha Collaborative Practice serving Cobourg, Lindsay, and Peterborough. She also prepares marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements and provides duty counsel services to unrepresented parties at Cobourg Family Court. Ann served on the board of directors of the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation from 2006 to 2013, including as board chair from 2011 to 2013, and continues to serve on the hospital's Governance and Quality and Safety committees.
