About Ankita

Ankita Banerjee is a dual-qualified lawyer in both British Columbia and India, bringing experience as a former Assistant Professor of Law and an LL.M. from the Indian Law Institute. Before joining Recovery Family Law, she worked at one of Canada's leading national firms as well as specialized boutique firms, and has appeared before the BC Supreme and Provincial Courts. Ankita works closely with Legal Aid BC clients to resolve sensitive family law matters through practical, cost-effective solutions.
